True to his commitment, Gauteng Premier, David Makhura has returned to Hammanskraal where he promised Tshwane residents a state of the art primary healthcare facility.

His visit to the area forms part of the Ntirhisano Outreach Project where Premier together with Members of the Executive Council (MECs), visit communities around Tshwane to engage residents on the State of the Province Address.

Premier Makhura and MEC for Health, Dr Gwen Ramokgopa and MEC for Infrastructure Development Jacob Mamabolo will kick-start the day’s proceedings by handing over a newly-completed clinic in Kekana Gardens worth R72 million.

Premier Makhura said although the project took long to complete it was well worth the wait as the facility has state of the art equipment.

“During the construction of the facility, twenty four percent of local SMME's were contracted, 912 locals employed and 50 EPWP beneficiaries were trained ,” said Premier Makhura
